What You’ll Do:
Coordination and Project Management: from IM to JOB1, Serial life
* Lead propulsion system configuration (including consistent/matching HW/SW)
* SW & Cal industrialization / officialization (SW, HW, CAL) for plant & aftersales
* Coordination of controls and software activities relying on the corresponding design groups.
* Management of project engineering and software suppliers for each project in development and series production.
* Main contact point for control development with all stakeholders (CVE, PPM, PCAL, PRQS, EHE, SWE, etc)
* Managed the software development budget (PVPC and suppliers?), how to manage SWx budget (harness, Cyber, Safety EE, Fota,…)
* Coordination with RTEE platform, DRE harness
Risk and Change Management :
* Management and control of risks for electronic and control sub-systems.
* Ensure execution and issue resolution with PWT Triage (SW/CAL/HW), fleet and plant support
* Validation of QCTP impacts of proposed developments and management of open software issues.
Technical Support and Validation:
* Ensure execution of EE calibration, system integration validation support and testing activities (HIL/ Vehicle, …)
* Ensure technical coordination between nodes
Quality Management and Audits:
* Quality management during the development phase and in serial life, including ensuring the collection and application of lessons learned and best practices. Ensure execution of supplier audits.
PCAL coordination (e.g ensure they jump on the new SW, SW release cadence).
What You’ll Bring :
* Proven experience of 8 to 10 years in EE/SW/Calibration/Management projet
* Engineering degree in Electric/Electromécanic/Embeded Systems
* Excellent leadership and project management skills, with a proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams and resolve technical issues.
* Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
* Deep technical understanding of powertrain control systems, EE architectures, calibration processes, and embedded software development lifecycles (V-cycle, Agile, ASPICE).
* Proficiency in risk and change management, with experience in issue triage, QCTP impact analysis, and supplier quality management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders (engineering, manufacturing, aftersales, suppliers) and act as a central interface across technical domains.
* Global mindset, with a strong capacity to support and train geographically distributed teams and promote knowledge-sharing and best practices across platforms.
* Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and driving sustainable mobility solutions.
