About the role:

* Lead and implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies across departments.
* Identify improvement opportunities and facilitate Kaizen events and workshops.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
* Monitor KPIs and ensure sustainability of improvement initiatives.
* Coach and mentor teams to build a continuous improvement mindset.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in a CI leadership role, preferably in automotive or manufacturing.
* Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred).
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
* Analytical mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
* Fluent in French and English; Arabic is a plus.
