Job Description

We're looking for a creative Content & Social Media Marketing Specialist to own our social media presence and help us create content people actually want to watch.

If you're always spotting the latest trends, love creating videos, enjoy being in front of the camera, and have a head full of content ideas—we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

•Create engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

•Film behind-the-scenes content, office moments, events, and product launches.

•Turn product updates into engaging videos and social content.

•Write captions and hooks that stop people from scrolling.

•Plan and manage weekly and monthly content calendars.

Social Media Management

•Manage LightFunnels' social media accounts across all platforms.

•Schedule and publish content.

•Monitor comments and messages when needed.

•Stay on top of trends and adapt them to our brand.

•Keep an eye on competitors and the latest content styles.

•Maintain a consistent brand voice across every platform.

Creative Marketing

•Brainstorm fresh campaign ideas every week.

•Create viral content concepts and attention-grabbing hooks.

•Work closely with designers and video editors to bring ideas to life.

•Suggest new formats, trends, and creative angles before everyone else.

On-Camera Presence

•Feel comfortable recording and appearing in videos.

•Present new features and product updates.

•Record tutorials, product demos, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.

•Collaborate with the team to create authentic and engaging content.

Analytics & Optimization

•Track content performance across platforms.

•Report on engagement, reach, and growth.

•Identify what works and continuously improve content based on insights.
