Construction Manager - Morocco Midelt

Job description:

We are looking for an EPC Construction Manager - 600MW PV + BESS project in Morocco, Midelt area. Directly dependent on the Project manager, will be the main responsible from EA at site.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain fluent communication with Project Management and final Client.
* Coordination of a multicultural team on site.
* Coordination with planning department to follow up the construction schedule.
* Coordination with engineerging department to solve technical issues on site.
* Coordination of the different subcontractors to solve interfences.
* Management of construction resources on site to secure budget.
* Supervise and control site activities.
* Ensure coordination with Quality department.
* Ensure fulfillment of HSE requirements
* Commissioning and transfer to O&M.
* Good skills communication, decision maker, conflict resolution, technical background.

Qualifications:

* Required academic degree: Relevant engineering degree

Required experience:

* 5 years working as Site Manager/Construction Manager in industrial projects
* 3 years working in PV Plants (grand scale)
* International experience will be valued positively.

Required Skills:

* Must be proficient with MS Office tools.

Languages:

* English: Required advanced level both spoken and written

Job location:

* Locally near Casablanca, Morocco.
