We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant, capable of managing the full AR cycle with rigor, autonomy, and strong organizational skills.

Main Mission & Responsibilities

* Full management of Accounts Receivable : invoicing, payment processing, and collections
* Processing, recording, and monitoring customer payments
* Performing monthly closings and contributing to the year-end file
* Ensuring accurate follow-up of financial records and coordinating with internal teams
* Preparing remittances to external organizations
* Actively participating in monthly and annual budget management
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes
* Performing any other related tasks within the accounting department

Technical Skills Required

* Proficiency with financial ERP systems, including :
* Preferred: Oracle NetSuite (major asset)
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Sage Intacct
* SAP S/4HANA Cloud / SAP Business ByDesign / SAP Business One
* Excellent command of Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and the Microsoft Office suite
* Strong understanding of accounting cycles and applicable standards
* Bilingual: English / French
* Detail-oriented, rigorous, and highly discreet
* Strong analytical mindset
* Autonomous, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent team spirit and professional communication skills
