Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
* Identify, engage, and onboard new clients in the FMCG and retail sectors.
* Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
* Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving renewals and upselling
* opportunities.
* Administrative & Operational Support
* Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless local operations.
* Coordinate with finance and legal teams on invoicing, compliance, and contracts.
* Prepare and maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and client feedback insights.
* Support client onboarding, logistics, and training as required.
* Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* 5–10 years of experience in sales and/or operations, preferably within SaaS, technology,
* or FMCG sectors.
* Fluency in English and French or Arabic.
* Proven interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of CRM platforms and SaaS workflows.
* Highly self-motivated, reliable, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
