Job Title – Family Management Advisor

· Location – Casablanca


Job Responsibilities

1. Managing online communities, establishing long-term collaborative relationships from 0 to 1.

2. Analyze user behavior and preference, estimate the content quality based on data result.

3. Provide proper weekly reports.

4. Arranging meetings with Community owners to better understand market trend.

5. Design visually engaging promotional materials (e.g., posters, social media graphics)

6. Locating and cultivating potential communities, utilize internal and external exposure resources to expand the influence.


Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master Degree is a plus, graduate friendly.

  • Strong presentation skill, pressure-management skill.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

  • Good knowledge of excel/google sheet.

  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

  • Fast learner and passion for the internet industry.

  • Fluent English and French speakers (both speaking and writing).

  • Excellent teamwork spirit, very good communication, and presentation skills.

  • Interested in the culture of Live streaming, Gaming, and the internet, experience of community management/online event orgnization is a plus.

  • Patient, responsible, and strong ability of execution.

  • Active thinker, hard worker, and committed to the work.
