Key Responsibilities :
* Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies that enhance the company’s reputation and support business objectives.
* Oversee the creation of high-quality content for various communication channels, including press releases, internal newsletters, speeches, and social media.
* Developing and executing comprehensive public relations strategies that enhance our brand image and engage with key media outlets on different activities including press releases, media round tables and press conferences
* Manage relationships with media outlets, serving as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and interviews.
* Coordinate crisis communication strategies, ensuring timely and effective responses to potential issues.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and maintain brand integrity.
* Monitor and analyze media coverage and public sentiment, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
* Plan and execute internal communication initiatives to engage employees and foster a positive workplace culture.
* Organize corporate events, press conferences, and other public engagements to promote company initiatives and enhance visibility.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in corporate communications and public relations.
🔍 Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.
* E-xceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
* Strong understanding of media relations and experience working with journalists.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms, including social media.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
