We are seeking candidates for an exciting opportunity to join a high-flying team of hospitality professionals and to continually improve the Aspire Executive Lounge offering to meet our ambition of being the Best Lounge provider globally.

Job Summary

As a service agent in our airport lounges or hospitality areas, you will provide exceptional table service to passengers and guests, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience before their flight.

Your activities

* Set up dining areas and ensure tables are properly arranged
* Welcome guests and present menus
* Take food and drink orders and serve them in a timely manner
* Ensure cleanliness of tables, utensils, and service areas
* Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism

Your profile

* Diploma in hospitality, F&B service, or hotel management
* Minimum 1 year of experience in table service, preferably in fast-paced environments
* Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
* French & English proficiency required
* Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends.
