Job Description
* Ensures that his crew is educated with the HSE rules and fully comply with them.
* Assist the Section Head in every aspect.
* Track progress, prepare daily/weekly site reports, and update project management
* Ensures availability of drawings, information availability of materials.
* Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and conduct regular site safety inspections.
* Checks the work of the construction team.
* Follows up the test and inspection schedule.
* Ensure that the works are performed at the required quality standards.
* Performs any other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
* Bachelor's in civil engineering
* Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience handling concrete works, marine work experience will be advantage (i.e. experience in breakwater, port construction, quay wall and caisson).
* Knowledge of Civil construction methods and standards
* Experience in 1st tier international contractors
* Experience of large (above $ 120M) EPC project (marine project will be an added advantage).
* Understanding of HSE and PTW systems
* Good command (written & oral) of English language
* Good communication and team coordination skills
