Regional Scope: North Africa

A multinational company is seeking a strategic, hands-on, and business-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its Finance function across the region.

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CFO will be responsible for shaping the company's financial strategy, driving business performance, ensuring sound governance, and supporting sustainable growth across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the regional financial strategy in alignment with business objectives.

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team on financial and business matters.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning, and performance management processes.

• Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, accounting, treasury, taxation, and compliance.

• Ensure effective cash flow management and working capital optimization.

• Develop financial models and business cases to support growth initiatives and strategic investments.

• Establish and maintain robust internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices.

• Drive operational efficiency and profitability through business partnering and data-driven decision-making.

• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional finance team.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international reporting standards.

Profile & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance, including at least 5 years in a CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent executive role.

• Proven experience managing multi-country operations and complex business environments.

• Strong expertise in financial planning, corporate finance, treasury, tax, compliance, and risk management.

• Demonstrated ability to influence strategic decisions and drive business transformation.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Advanced knowledge of financial reporting tools.

• Fluency in English and French is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
