Responsibilities :

* Scope, plan and execute operational excellence initiative as directed
* Provide analysis on the initiatives to support communication
* Effectively communicate progress, problems and risks using the tools and templates provided to you
* Support with timelines and rigor tasks and actions from SBRs, MBRs, QBRs and ABRs
* Support with analysis and identification of process improvements
* Support with deep dive on specific topics
* Support projects as per assignment
* Manage projects and changes in all sites owned by their own organisation
* Communicate effectively progress on projects to the Partner Management team
* Communicate effectively progress change roll out to the OCM change manager

Profile & Requirement :

* PMP or Prince 2 certified
* Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a project manager with a background in operations
* Ability to manage change
* Ability to design processes (preferable green belt certified but certification is not a must)
* Ability to manage complex projects
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Comfortable with performing analysis
* Fully dedicated headcount; availability Monday to Friday
