Job Summary

Lead and coordinate all Supply Chain activities related to Completely Built Up (CBU) import projects across MEA Markets, from project framing phases through operational implementation, ensuring end-to-end flow control, regulatory compliance, and economic performance.

Key Activities

• Lead CBU import projects and coordinate all relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure consistency and alignment across Supply, Demand, and Outbound flows.

• Define import logistics schemes, including ports, transportation modes, and hub strategies.

• Structure end-to-end logistics flows from origin plants to destination markets.

• Secure transportation capacities as well as yard and storage solutions.

• Drive logistics cost performance and optimize scenarios to achieve efficiency targets.

• Identify Supply Chain risks and implement mitigation actions.

• Ensure customs and regulatory compliance across all import activities.

• Ensure systems readiness and data accuracy to support operations.

• Implement operational processes and support operational teams during the ramp-up phase.

Responsibilities

• Overall coordination of Supply Chain activities for CBU import projects.

• Accountability for the robustness and sustainability of logistics solutions.

• Responsibility for the economic performance of end-to-end logistics flows.

• Securing international flows covering transportation, customs, and distribution activities.

• Contributing to strategic Supply Chain decisions related to CBU operations.

The role requires close collaboration with:

• MEA Planning Team

• MEA CBU Project Team

• MEA Supply Chain Engineering Teams (Demand, Supply, Outbound, Transformation)

• Supply Chain Project Managers from origin regions

• MEA Zones

• Logistics Providers

• NSCs and Importers

• Indirect Material Purchasing teams (Transport and Logistics)

Knowledge and Skills

• Expertise in CBU logistics, including transportation, customs, and distribution operations.

• Strong cross-functional project management capabilities.

• Solid understanding of economic analysis and logistics costing methodologies.

• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.

• Fluent English communication skills.

This role plays a key part in developing CBU import activities across the MEA region through an end-to-end Supply Chain approach and contributes significantly to structuring and strengthening international Supply Chain operations.
