We are currently looking for a Casting Coordinator to join our client, a global content company with a focus on talent sourcing for dynamic content projects.

What are we looking for?

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* 2+ years of experience in casting, story production, or talent interviewing.
* Strong communication skills in English and French.
* Proficiency with various casting resources and familiarity with social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch.
* High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
* Organized, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive attitude with flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes and cancellations.
* Experience with casting databases and familiarity with Monday.com and Google Suite.

What will you do?

* Identify and source emerging talent across social media platforms, staying on top of trends.
* Post-casting calls aligned with creative outlines for new and ongoing productions.
* Screen, organize, and categorize auditions, preparing submissions for producer review.
* Coordinate auditions with talent, agencies, and managers, managing the talent booking process.
* Maintain a robust casting database with accurate records and updated talent profiles.
* Collaborate with Performance Managers to validate profiles, negotiate terms, and align schedules.
* Produce and direct assigned content episodes, ensuring alignment with strategy, budget, and creative goals.
* Build strong relationships with the talent to foster positive creative collaborations and ensure smooth productions.
* Track deadlines, legal requirements, and production specifications for timely and cost-effective delivery.
