Role Description The Technicien en Électricité de Maintenance Industrielle will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation, maintenance, and repair of industrial electrical installations and equipment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Casablanca-Settat, Morocco. Daily tasks include performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment, diagnosing faults, and executing troubleshooting procedures to minimize downtime. The technician will install, inspect, and test electrical systems, including control panels, motors, and alarm systems, while complying with safety regulations and technical standards. The role also involves reading and interpreting electrical diagrams, collaborating with other technical teams, documenting interventions, and providing feedback to improve reliability and performance of industrial installations.

Qualifications

• Strong competencies in Electrical Maintenance and practical experience maintaining industrial electrical systems.

• Solid knowledge of Electricity and Electrical Engineering principles applied to industrial environments.

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing faults on complex electrical equipment and installations.

• Experience working with a range of Electrical Equipment, including control panels, motors, sensors, and alarm systems.

• Relevant technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electricity, or a related field.

• Familiarity with industrial safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and applicable electrical regulations.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical documentation, and maintenance manuals.

• Capacity to work on-site in an industrial environment, manage priorities, and respond to urgent interventions.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and within a team.

• Basic computer skills for maintenance reporting; previous experience in security, alarm, or industrial maintenance sectors is an asset.
