We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Experience Consultant to join our team in Tangier, Morocco.

This position falls under the administrative stream, providing skilled technical, operational, and administrative support to the broader operations team. Responsibilities may range from handling documentation and data entry to coordinating logistics activities that support daily terminal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the purchasing process by sourcing suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain procurement compliance and cost efficiency.
* Assist senior buyers with contract management and supplier evaluation.
* Ensure accurate data entry and document control in procurement systems.

What We’re Looking For

* Master’s degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, or Business Administration (ENCGT graduates highly encouraged to apply).
* Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) – strong communication required.
* Good command of English.
* Fresh graduate or early career professional (0–1 year experience).
* Resident in Morocco (no relocation or work permit sponsorship available).
* Contract Type: CCD (Fixed-Term Contract) 6 months
