Our French-speaking practice is growing fast — and we're looking for someone who wants to help build it, not just staff it.

The Role

This isn't a traditional intake job.

Yes, you'll consult with prospective clients, qualify leads, and convert consultations into retained matters. But your real mission is bigger: growing Boyer Law Firm's presence in the French-speaking market — spotting opportunities, building relationships, generating referrals, and shaping the strategy behind our growth.

If you regularly ask yourself "how do we bring in more business?" — this is your role.

What You'll Do

Client Intake & Sales

•    Consult with French-speaking prospective clients and guide them through intake

•    Follow up and convert consultations into retained matters

•    Keep our CRM and case management system accurate and current

•    Deliver a first-class client experience from the very first call

Business Development

•    Build referral relationships with professionals in French-speaking communities

•    Identify new partnership and market opportunities

•    Represent the firm at networking events (virtual and in-person)

•    Propose and help launch initiatives that generate qualified leads

•    Partner with marketing on FAQs, trends, and content ideas

We expect everyone on this team to think like a builder — bringing ideas and solving problems, not waiting to be told what to do.

What We're Looking For

•    Native or near-native French speaker, professionally fluent in English

•    Genuinely excited about sales, relationship-building, and business development

•    Confident on the phone and on video with clients

•    Organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed in a remote setting

•    Curious, proactive, resourceful — and motivated by measurable results

Nice to Have

Experience in business development, consultative sales, client relationship management, immigration or legal services, banking/financial services, luxury or professional services, international business, or expat/relocation services. Experience working with international clients is a strong plus.
