4AM Inc. is a professional business support company working with clients in the U.S. market. We help companies identify new opportunities, collect business information, communicate with suppliers and service providers, and prepare organized documents for client projects.

As part of our growth, we are expanding our team in Tanger and looking for motivated fresh graduates who are ready to learn, work seriously, and build strong professional skills.

 

About the Internship

This internship is designed for fresh graduates with little or no professional experience. Candidates with no previous experience will be prioritized, as we are mainly looking for people with the right mindset, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

During the internship, you will receive training and work closely with our team on research, supplier communication, document organization, and business support tasks.

You will be involved in:

• Searching online for companies, suppliers, and useful business information 

• Contacting companies by email and phone to request details 

• Reading project instructions and identifying key requirements 

• Organizing information in clear tables and documents 

• Comparing responses received from different companies 

• Following up professionally to collect missing information 

• Preparing simple written business documents in English 

• Supporting the team with deadlines, files, and project tracking 

This is a 2-month paid probation period. Candidates who meet expectations may receive a full-time job offer after the probation period.

 

Who Can Apply

This opportunity is open to fresh graduates from different academic backgrounds related to business, management, communication, administration, finance, law, languages, logistics, or similar fields.

We are especially interested in candidates who are comfortable with research, communication, organization, and English writing.

No previous professional experience is required.

• Very good English level: reading, writing, and speaking 

• Strong online research skills 

• Ability to find accurate information quickly 

• Good communication skills by email and phone 

• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel 

• Organized, serious, and detail-oriented
