1. Strategic Development & Opportunity Identification

* Identify and analyze new business opportunities, funding sources
* Support the development of innovative programs, projects, and entities contributing to UM6P’s transformation and sustainability goals.
* Conduct market and ecosystem analysis to anticipate trends and detect high-impact opportunities.

2. Partnership Building & Ecosystem Engagement

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial partners, startups, academic institutions, investors, and public organizations.
* Represent TI² and UM6P in collaborative innovation networks, consortia, and strategic events.
* Negotiate and formalize collaboration agreements, MoUs, and joint development initiatives.

3. Business Modeling & Project Structuring

* Support the design of viable and scalable business models for innovative initiatives.
* Contribute to feasibility studies, financial modeling, and business plans for R&D and innovation projects.
* Work closely with project leads and researchers to align scientific outputs with market or societal needs.

4. Fundraising & Financial Sustainability

* Identify and secure funding opportunities (grants, partnerships, public-private collaborations, etc.) at national and international levels.
* Prepare funding proposals and support consortium coordination.
* Ensure alignment of financial resources with project priorities and impact objectives.

5. Performance & Impact Tracking

* Monitor and report on the performance and impact of business development activities.
* Contribute to defining KPIs, dashboards, and impact measurement frameworks.
* Support the communication and dissemination of success stories and key achievements.

Profile Required:

Education:

* Master’s degree in Business, Management, Innovation, Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

* 4–8 years of experience in business development, innovation management, partnerships, or technology transfer, preferably in academic, R&D, or industrial settings.
* Proven experience in building and managing strategic partnerships and in designing sustainable business models.

Skills:

* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
* Ability to identify and structure complex, high-impact projects.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken).
* Ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments.
