About BCH

BCH is an industrial startup based in Agadir, Morocco, on a mission to become a regional leader in
sustainable molded pulp packaging, made from recycled cellulose fibers. The project is led by three young co-founders, all Moroccan expatriates (MRE), educated and trained abroad, now committed to building impactful industrial ventures in Morocco. We combine global experience with strong local execution capacity.

Our goal:

Offer a scalable, biodegradable and affordable alternative to plastic based packaging for fast-growing B2B markets.
Inspired by successful models such as Ecofeutre and Cellule Pack, our project is adapted to the
African context — lower cost base, circular supply chains, and massive unmet demand in food,
cosmetics, and e-commerce industries.
Current Status

• Feasibility study and industrial strategy completed

• Supply chain secured (raw materials, recycling sources, local logistics)

• Production process defined, with identified European machinery suppliers

• Team of 3 committed co-founders with deep expertise in engineering, operations, and finance

• Strong initial demand validated from local and export partners

The Opportunity

We’re offering a strategic investment opportunity for an Angel Investor / Co-Founder to join us at
the foundation stage and help scale an industrial solution with both economic and environmental
returns.

• Minimum Investment Ticket: €600,000

• Equity Offered: 25%

• Optional Strategic Role: Board seat + active co-founder involvement

• Stage: Pre-Seed / Pre-Industrial Launch

What We’re Looking For

We’re not looking for a passive investor. We seek a hands-on partner who brings:

• Industrial experience (FMCG, packaging, recycling, circular economy)

• Strategic insight to structure and scale operations

• Network to help us access export markets or raise follow-on rounds

• Credibility to help BCH become a regional reference player

• First-mover in an underdeveloped industrial segment in Africa

• Scalable model: One-unit pilot in Morocco, replicable across other African markets

• 100% recyclable & biodegradable: Based on waste paper/cellulose with no chemical additives

• Cost advantage: Competitive CAPEX/OPEX compared to European models

• Tech transfer & learning from mature players already integrated

Open Strategic Roles (Optional but Preferred)
COO – Lead factory launch, team structure, ops scale-up
CMO – Drive B2B client acquisition, partnerships & export
CFO – Build financial roadmap, reporting & next fundraising rounds
