About the role

We are looking for a senior operations professional to take ownership of fiber (FTTH) and mobile projects, acting as the key coordination point between clients, operations, and internal teams.

This role combines project management, operational oversight, and client coordination, with a clear focus on delivery, performance, and sustainable business growth.

While the position has a strategic component, it remains hands-on and close to execution, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and in line with commercial commitments.

The role will contribute to defining how projects are managed end to end, from pre-delivery phases to execution and operational follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

* Take responsibility for the coordination and performance of FTTH and mobile projects, ensuring alignment between commercial commitments, operational execution, and client expectations.
* Act as a primary operational contact for clients and operators, leading coordination meetings, follow-ups, and project reviews.
* Coordinate and organize project teams, including regional supervisors, project managers, and technical teams, ensuring clear roles and accountability.
* Implement and maintain project governance, KPIs, reporting tools, and operational methodologies.
* Support tender and pre-commercial phases by contributing to scope definition, planning, feasibility analysis, and operational cost estimation.
* Ensure effective resource planning, risk identification, prioritization, and delivery control across multiple projects.
* Promote continuous improvement of operational processes, workflows, and standards related to fiber and mobile deployments.
* Work closely with internal teams (commercial, finance, procurement, operations) to ensure smooth project execution.
* Provide regular updates to management on project status, risks, and operational performance.

Required Profile

* Solid experience coordinating or leading FTTH / fiber and mobile deployment projects.
* Background in project or operations management within telecom or infrastructure environments.
* Experience interacting directly with clients or operators, managing expectations and delivery follow-up.
* Exposure to tenders, commercial discussions, or pre-sales support from an operational perspective.
* Experience coordinating teams, including supervisors and technical staff.
* Good understanding of the fiber deployment lifecycle: design, civil works, rollout, acceptance, and handover.
* Comfortable working at the intersection of operations and business, without being a purely corporate role.
* Real experience in FTTHH + mobile projects too in the same way
* Professional level of English.
