🎯 Profile

3 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

Fluent English (mandatory)

Experience working in Agile environments

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

💼 Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories and functional specifications

Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

Analyze data and reporting requirements

Support the development lifecycle by ensuring requirements are well understood

Prepare, execute, and coordinate functional testing with business users

Validate deliverables and support business sign-off

Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting solutions
