Position Summary:

McDonald’s KSA is hiring ambitious and service-driven individuals for the role of Restaurant Manager Trainee. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with prior experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) or fast food operations who are eager to advance their leadership skills in a high-performance hospitality environment.

Key Requirements:

* Excellent verbal communication skills in English
* Experience with QSR or fast-food brands (e.g., McDonald’s, KFC, Papa John’s, Chili’s, etc.)
* Presentable, professional appearance
* Confidence in managing customer service and fast-paced team operations
* Background in hospitality or restaurant service preferred

Interview Process:

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in a two-stage selection process:

* English Language Assessment – to evaluate fluency and comprehension
* Interview – to assess operational and managerial understanding (e.g., profit & loss, service quality, and team supervision)
