We are seeking a Bookkeeper to maintain financial clarity across a multi-entity structure spanning the UAE and Europe. This role is ideal for detail-oriented finance professionals who thrive on accuracy, organization, and keeping complex financial records airtight across borders.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and organize invoices and receipts across UAE and Europe entities

• Match payments to the correct company and payment processor

• Maintain financial clarity and accurate records across a multi-entity structure

• Reconcile transactions and flag discrepancies in a timely manner

• Keep documentation audit-ready and easy to retrieve across entities

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience, ideally across multiple entities or currencies

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working across UAE and European financial/payment systems

• Proficient with accounting tools (Xero, QuickBooks, or similar) and spreadsheets

• Trustworthy and discreet when handling sensitive financial data
