Bookkeeper

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Bookkeeper/ Payroll person to own and optimize our payroll operations as we grow. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role where you’ll work closely with our founder to manage financial systems, ensure compliance, and support a seamless experience for our offshore team and U.S.-based clients.

What You’ll Do:

* Oversee end-to-end payroll for 50+ international contractors across multiple currencies
* Maintain accurate records and manage payouts using tools like Wise, Payoneer, and Mercury
* Track invoices, monthly client payments, and ensure timely billing + reconciliation
* Generate internal financial reports, track margins, and flag irregularities

What We’re Looking For:

* 3+ years experience in payroll, accounting, or finance — ideally with international or contractor-based teams
* Comfortable using financial tools (Excel/Sheets, Ramp, Mercury, etc.)
* Deep attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Experience working with offshore clients is a plus
