Role Description
BIM & Computational Design Engineer (Architecture & Digital Design)

The BIM & Computational Design Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Marrakesh. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and designers to develop, manage, and optimize BIM and computational design workflows. You will create and manage accurate Revit models, develop parametric design solutions using Rhino + Grasshopper, automate design processes, and support project teams through digital tools and data-driven workflows.

Daily responsibilities include BIM modeling and coordination, developing Grasshopper definitions for design exploration and optimization, resolving model-related issues, maintaining project standards, preparing documentation and visual outputs, and improving design efficiency through new tools and workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of architectural design processes and building projects.

• Proficiency in Rhino + Grasshopper (required)

• Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows (required).

• Experience with parametric modeling, computational design, and digital design processes.

• Knowledge of Dynamo, Python, C#, or scripting/automation workflows is a plus.

• Ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple project requirements.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Fluency in French and Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related fields.

• Previous experience in BIM coordination, digital design, or AEC projects is a plus.
