FootAngels is seeking passionate basketball coaches to join our team in Casablanca.

This position is a full-time CDI role aimed at individuals dedicated to the training and development of young athletes.

As a coach, you will play a crucial role in guiding athletes through their technical, physical, and behavioral progression while embodying the values and identity of the academy.

• Responsibilities:
• Conduct training sessions and provide regular follow-up for players.
• Participate in the technical development and individual progression of young athletes.
• Instill clear standards of discipline, commitment, and respect.
• Collaborate with other coaching staff to ensure continuous improvement.
• Represent the academy's standards in a structured and performance-oriented environment.
• Contribute to a demanding yet supportive work environment that fosters talent development.
• Engage in a project that combines sporting ambition, human guidance, and local impact.

• Requirements:
• Passion for developing and mentoring young athletes.
• Ability to work within a team in a competitive environment.
• Strong communication skills with youth, families, and educational staff.
• Experience or sensitivity in sports coaching is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in French, both spoken and written; English proficiency is a plus.
