Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Field Supervision & Execution
* Support the Field Manager in daily operational management of the field team
* Monitor and verify field team activity compliance through store visits
* Ensure merchandising standards and planogram compliance are met
* Report on store-level execution gaps and support resolution
Team Support
* Assist in onboarding and training new Merchandisers and Field Supervisors
* Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to field staff
* Monitor attendance and report anomalies to the Field Manager
* Step in to cover vacant roles or territories when needed
Reporting
* Compile and submit daily and weekly field activity reports
* Track and report on KPI performance at store and territory level
* Maintain accurate records of coverage and store visit frequencies
Client Liaison
* Address store-level client concerns and escalate where needed
* Ensure promotional activities and campaigns are executed as planned
* Collect and report on competitor and market intelligence from the field
