Role Description

We're seeking an elegant and highly organized Showroom Assistant to join our team .

This full-time, on-site role is central to ensuring an exceptional experience for our distinguished clientele. The Showroom Assistant will support the daily operations of the Maison’s showroom, providing personalized client service, maintaining impeccable product presentation, coordinating appointments and fittings, and assisting with administrative and logistical tasks. The role requires a keen eye for detail, a deep appreciation for Moroccan craftsmanship, and the poise expected in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients

• Support fittings and client appointments, ensuring seamless coordination and discretion

• Maintain the showroom’s visual presentation and product displays to brand standards

• Manage product inventory, documentation, and sample organization

• Assist with client communications, scheduling, and follow-up

• Support the preparation of events, private viewings, and photo shoots

• Collaborate with the atelier and management team on day-to-day operations

Qualifications

• Strong passion for fashion and appreciation

• Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, or client services preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and French (English is an advantage)

• Impeccable grooming, presentation, and sense of style

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in office software and showroom tools

• Bachelor’s degree or studies in Fashion, Business, or a related field is a plus
