Role Description The Architectural Drafter is a full-time, on-site role based in the Prefecture of Casablanca. This role is responsible for preparing detailed architectural and construction drawings from design briefs, sketches, and specifications provided by architects and interior designers. Daily tasks include developing floor plans, elevations, sections, and details; updating drawings based on feedback; and ensuring that documentation aligns with project standards and local regulations. The Architectural Drafter will coordinate with project teams to clarify design intent, maintain organized drawing files, and support consistent documentation throughout all phases of a project.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings, with the ability to produce clear, accurate technical documentation.

• Foundational knowledge of Architecture and Planning principles, including space utilization and basic building standards.

• Solid Drawing skills, both digital and hand-drawn, to translate concepts into precise plans and details.

• Experience with industry-standard CAD or BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and basic 3D visualization tools.

• Diploma or degree in architecture, interior design, drafting, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple drawing revisions and deadlines.

• Effective communication skills for collaborating with designers, engineers, and contractors.

• Familiarity with local building codes and construction practices in Casablanca or willingness to learn.
