We are looking for AI / Generative AI Engineers to join our growing AI team and help us design, develop, and deploy innovative AI-powered solutions.

📋🖋️ Skills & Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Generative AI.

• Strong Python programming skills with experience developing APIs using FastAPI.

• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and the Hugging Face ecosystem.

• Solid understanding of Transformer architectures and Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Experience with prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents.

• Familiarity with modern GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, PydanticAI, or similar technologies.

• Experience working with vector databases such as Qdrant, pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.

• Strong knowledge of document ingestion and indexing pipelines, including document parsing, OCR, chunking strategies, embedding generation, and indexing.

• Experience evaluating, monitoring, and securing LLM applications, including guardrails and observability best practices.

• Knowledge of Docker, Linux, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and LLMOps/MLOps best practices.

• Experience with AWS (experience with Azure or GCP is considered a plus).

• Good English communication skills (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.
