About The Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with sharp attention to detail and a genuine interest in how AI communicates. No technical background required.

What You'll Do

• Engage AI chatbots in conversations spanning a wide range of topics — from everyday questions to complex or creative scenarios

• Evaluate chatbot responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety

• Identify issues such as factual errors, awkward phrasing, inconsistencies, or signs of bias

• Design and test creative, challenging, or edge-case prompts to explore AI limitations

• Submit structured, detailed feedback using standardized evaluation frameworks

• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas across different topics and asking probing questions

• Able to evaluate response quality objectively and articulate your reasoning clearly

• Strong written communicator with a good eye for language and tone

• Comfortable navigating chat-based tools and digital platforms

• Detail-oriented and consistent in following evaluation guidelines

• No prior AI or technical experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in writing, editing, journalism, research, or quality assurance

• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms

• An analytical mindset and comfort with ambiguity
