Job Responsibilities

1. Spare Parts Demand Forecasting & Planning

* Analyze sales performance, repair data, market trends, and product lifecycle to forecast spare parts demand by country.
* Optimize demand planning to ensure spare parts supply meets national repair requirements.
* Control costs through accurate forecasting and efficient inventory management, reducing waste and logistics expenses.
* Coordinate transportation and distribution to ensure on-time delivery of spare parts and improve logistics efficiency.
* Manage cross-country parts allocation for urgent repair needs or inventory shortages.
* Ensure the timely supply of critical spare parts and develop priority supply strategies to prevent repair delays.

2. Inventory Management & Control

* Formulate and implement inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels.
* Conduct and monitor regular stocktaking to ensure data accuracy and prevent losses.
* Improve inventory turnover rate and minimize obsolete or slow-moving stock.
* Manage spare parts lifecycle, including renewal and phase-out plans based on product updates.
* Handle obsolete and long-term unsold parts to optimize inventory structure.

3. Data Management

* Maintain the spare parts management system, ensuring data accuracy across planning, allocation, and usage stages.
* Conduct regular analysis of consumption trends, stock levels, and usage frequency to enhance supply chain efficiency.
* Provide data-driven insights and improvement proposals for spare parts reserve and supply strategies.

4. Risk Management

* Assess potential risks in the spare parts supply chain and develop contingency plans for shortages or disruptions.
* Ensure all spare parts operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.
* Manage asset security, including deposit control and monitoring return rates of high-value defective parts.

Job Requirements

* Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in spare parts planning, inventory, or after-sales operations (preferably in consumer electronics or manufacturing industry).
* Skills:
* Strong analytical and data management skills, proficient in Excel and ERP/SAP systems.
* Solid understanding of supply chain operations, inventory control, and logistics optimization.
* Ability to forecast demand using data-driven methods and market insights.
* Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills, especially across countries or regions.
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and risk assessment abilities.
* Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken); Chinese proficiency is a plus.
* Other: High sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
