Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Administration Assistant to support our Finance and Administration team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational knowledge of finance and administrative tasks and a basic proficiency in English. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our financial and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provider invoice verification and processing, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
* Client invoice control and issuance.
* Control of request received from client and providers.
* Prepayments loading, control and reconciliation.
* Client and provider reconciliation.
* Communication with Clients and providers.
* Create, monitor, and overheads and accruals journal entries.
* Support the Finance Manager in budget preparation and monitoring.
* Assist in the preparation and management of documents, reports, correspondence, financial statements.
* Generate regular and ad-hoc financial and administrative reports as required.
* Collaborate with other departments to provide necessary support, including coordinating office supplies and inventory management.
* Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
* Strong accounting and administrative knowledge
* 2 years of experience in a similar position
* Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
* Office tools proficiency (Excel, PPT, Word)
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
* Studies in finance area or similar
* Experience using Navision would be a plus
* Good communication skills.
