Accounts Payable Officer (Fixed-Term -12 months)

ProductLife Group is looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Shared Services Center as part of our growing finance team. This role provides essential financial, administrative, and clerical support across the Group, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient processing of all payment-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Verify the accuracy of supplier invoices
* Input and code invoices to the appropriate cost center
* Process and match invoices with purchase orders
* Send invoices for managerial approval
* Schedule and process payments via the company’s online banking system
* Act as the first point of contact for debtors following up on payments
* Verify and process employee expense claims
* Maintain and update the vendor database
* Perform reconciliations (supplier statements, credit cards, etc.)
* Support month-end closing by preparing documentation for journals
* Report on aged payables and support ad hoc financial reporting
* Identify improvements to the accounts payable process
Qualifications
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Studies
* Ongoing ACCA is a plus
* Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in AP or AR roles
* Proficiency in French and English
* Solid knowledge of basic accounting and accounts payable principles
* Experience in French accounting processes is highly desirable

* Accurate data entry and financial record-keeping
* Familiarity with accounting software and intermediate Excel skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
