Role Objective:
The Account Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and strengthening customer relationships across Rabat and Northern Morocco. The role involves promoting advanced ophthalmic and implantology solutions, translating complex scientific innovations into clear commercial value for healthcare professionals, and achieving sustainable market expansion.
Desired Candidate Profile:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or related paramedical fields (experience in ophthalmology will be an advantage).
* Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in medical sales, account management, or healthcare business development.
* Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive approach, and willingness to travel extensively across the Northern region.
* Fluency in French and English (Arabic will be an added advantage).
Role & Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with ophthalmologists, surgeons, clinics, and hospitals.
* Provide product knowledge, training, and support to healthcare professionals to ensure effective adoption of solutions.
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
* Manage accounts efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.
* Prepare and present regular business reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
Functional Skills Required:
* Strong understanding of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare solutions.
* Sales planning, forecasting, and territory management.
* Ability to conduct product demonstrations and scientific presentations.
* Contract negotiation and account management expertise.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
