Account Manager – Façade


Role Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager with experience in the Façade industry, to join our sales team. You will be responsible for building a high level of contact with Façade accounts in Morocco. The successful team member will take ownership of market share for Hilti for all activities - and further develop profitable sales.

Role Responsibilities:

As an Account Manager within the Façade segment, you’ll be visiting our customers, wherever they’re busy working, to find out how we can help them. You could find yourself on construction sites or in offices and warehouses.


Ours is a model of professional, consultative selling and it’s a really hands-on job. It means rolling up your sleeves to demonstrate some of the most pioneering products in the industry, while selling our state-of-the-art software along with all the services and aftercare that come with the Hilti name. Far from traditional cold calling, it’s about building relationships with warm and responsive customers and helping them find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs.

What you need is:

To be succesful in this role, you will need:

* Only job applications in English will be accepted. No French please.
* Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Civil or Mechanical.
* 1 to 3 years of relevant sales or direct technical sales experience(Façade industry is a plus)
* Strong communication skills: fluency in English & French is required, Arabic is a plus.
* Self-disciplined, proactive, and a quick learner with strong functional expertise.
* Proficient in MS Office applications.
* Proven ability to consistently meet performance targets and thrive under pressure.
* Strong problem-solving skills with an agile, solution-oriented mindset.
* Solid business acumen and a collaborative team-oriented attitude.
* Willingness to go the extra mile.
