Technical Service Manager - CB3 - NM

We are currently looking for a Technical Service Manager to join us at our facility in Tanger, Morocco.

Guarantor of good relationship at the technical and management level with the head of painting and assembly departments of the Stellantis Kenitra site, the Heads of UETs, painting methods and Lab Axalta.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and lead the teams on site: Technical Assistants (line assistant and colorist) and dilution staff.
* Ensures the implementation of Axalta internal rules.
* Guarantor of the Organization, safety, Ethics in accordance with the Axalta standard.
* Guarantor of consumption per vehicle and operating budgets.
* Guarantor of quality service of technical assistance.
* Responsible for monitoring action plans.
* Ensures the dissemination of all information between Stellantis Kenitra and Axalta.
* Training and support for new recruits (technical assistants, dilution operators)

Key Activities:

* Supervises the tests, analyzes and transmits the results.
* Pilot implementation of action plans on Stellantis Kenitra site and improvement of our products with Axalta laboratories.
* Ensures the synthesis of information and analyzes between Stellantis Kenitra site and Lab Axalta.
* Guarantor of good relationships by a permanent contact with the customer.
* Manage and animate the Stellantis Kenitra site Axalta team.
* Ensures the rigor, organization and flexibility of the teams.
* Manage and lead on-site teams: Technical assistants, Dilution operators
* Guarantee the quality and the good level of service provided to the customer.
* Ensure the follow-up and implementation of action plans on site.
* Ensure the good transmission of all information between Stellantis Kenitra site and Axalta
* Analyze the causes of product defects Process and propose action plans,
* React quickly and efficiently against a hazard in production Process: non-compliance aspect / colorimetry / defects.
* Participate actively in manufacturing points (Fab Meeting, quality point, audit process,....etc).
* Assist and ensure the presentation of the quality topics in the Quality or Fab meeting.
* Assist and present improvement action plans produced in the Plan de surveillance instance.
* Reporting of the colorimetric situation to the Axalta Lab and being the guarantor of the conformity colors on the Stellantis Kenitra site.
* Continuously improve the appearance according to the requirement planned by the customer.

Key Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in a relevant field
* Min. 5 years of experience on similar position
* French and English are a must have
* Experience in Automotive industry is a must
* Very good communication skills and proactive attitude
