Technical Service Assistant - CB2 - NM

We are currently looking for a Technical Service Assistant to join us at our facility in Tangier, Morocco.

Carry out colorimetric monitoring of products and the implementation of convergence actions towards compliance required by the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respect and ensure that the safety instructions within the Stellantis Kenitra site are respected.
* Be the colorimetric interface for the client.
* Assist the customer in the application of our products by providing advice and colorimetric monitoring of our body and bumper products.
* Be proactive for the continuous improvement of the service.
* Carry out tests to validate the colorimetric conformity of new products.
* Successful start-up of new colors by validating the retouching range.
* Guarantee a better reputation of Axalta with the customer.

Main Activities:

* Ensure products correction and follow-up via PDS files.
* Fill in the database of colorimetric incidents.
* Colorimetric measurements & interpretation of results.
* Propose products correction in coordination with the Axalta lab.
* Use of mixing machine (preparation of retouching products).
* Preparation of touch-up colors.
* Manual spray application of retouching products for validation of the desired trend.
* Respond to contingencies on the line.
* Have interpersonal relationships/empathy.
* Ensure rapid intervention with the customer in the event of a malfunction and color drift during the implementation of our products.
* Supervises the supply of retouching products in the retouching booths (Box).
* Provide customer / Axalta information via a colorimetry feedback sheet.
* Provide support and technical assistance for the colorimetry part at Stellantis Kenitra site.
* Participate in the start-up and validation of new colors at Stellantis Kenitra site.

Key Requirements:

* Min. 3 years of experience on similar position
* French – must have and English – min.B2
* Experience in Automotive industry is nice to have
* Very good communication skills and proactive attitude
