Position Overview :

We are looking for a versatile, tech-oriented profile. The Partner Tech Support Manager will support Kenz’up’s partners throughout the deployment, go-live, and maintenance phases of the Kenz’up service within their organizations.

As the primary point of contact, this role is key in resolving technical issues related to the integration of Kenz’up into partner ecosystems. Acting as Lever 1 technical support, the Partner Tech Support Manager is responsible for conducting initial diagnostics when bugs are reported by partners. The role also involves supporting the deployment of new points of sale and onboarding new partners. In short, the Partner Tech Support Manager is the trusted technical contact for all partner-related issues with Kenz’up.

Your Role :


* Support the launch of new points of sale and partners by managing all required configurations
* Diagnose, resolve when possible, or escalate partner-reported technical issues to the appropriate internal (Kenz’up) or partner stakeholders
* Act as the technical point of contact for partners: incident resolution, follow-up, and proactive communication
* Ensure rigorous tracking of reported bugs and maintain regular communication with partners

Required technical experience :


* Strong knowledge of debugging concepts, log analysis, testing, and production rollouts
* Understanding of the fundamentals of production technical environments
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
* Previous experience as an operator of production environments in nearshoring structures for large international accounts is a strong asset
* Knowledge of Python and SQL is a plus
* Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies are essential
