We are looking for a Team Lead to join our team!

Description of the role:

The Team Lead will oversee the Originations team within the Order to Cash (O2C) department, ensuring operational excellence, team performance, and process compliance. This role combines leadership, process expertise, and stakeholder management to drive timely collections, accurate account reconciliation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, coach, and support a team of AR Specialists focused on collections and customer account management.
* Monitor team KPIs, ensure SLA adherence, and drive performance improvements.
* Act as point of escalation for complex cases, disputes, or customer issues.
* Coordinate workload distribution, backup coverage, and training plans.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and client policies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Billing, Risk, Customer Service) to resolve issues and optimize processes.
* Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
* Support onboarding and continuous development of team members.
* Provide reporting and forecasting insights to management.
* Communicate effectively in French and English with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

* Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Order to Cash processes.
* Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
* Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office tools.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process orientation.
* Ability to manage priorities, motivate teams, and drive results under pressure.
