We provide product sourcing, international shipping from China/UAE/Turkey, COD delivery, warehousing, customer support, and full operational assistance to over 500+ online merchants.

As we continue expanding, we’re looking for a Support Specialist to assist sellers, answer their questions, and ensure smooth daily operations across our ecosystem.

Role Overview

The Support Specialist will support CODZOSS sellers daily through WhatsApp, and our internal system.

This role requires someone who understands e-commerce COD, can answer seller questions clearly, explain how our services work, and guide new sellers step-by-step through onboarding and operations.

📍 Remote (Morocco only)

🕒 Part-time (remort)

Key Responsibilities
* Respond to seller messages on WhatsApp and our internal system
* Answer questions about shipping costs, delivery times
* Check order statuses, COD delivery updates
* Assist new sellers by activating their CODZOSS accounts and explaining how the platform works

Provide practical guidance on:

* Finding winning products
* Choosing good creatives
* Basic ad strategy (video structure, angles, offers)
* Help sellers solve operational issues in real time

Required Qualifications
* Experience in e-commerce COD (very important)
* Strong communication and customer support skills (especially WhatsApp)

Good understanding of:

* COD workflow (confirmation, delivery, returns)

Ability to guide sellers on:

* Product selection / winning products
* Comfortable managing many conversations at the same time
* Good English
* Basic knowledge of Google Sheets
