Shift Leader

Skill check:

* Bac + Technical diploma.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
* Ability to identify, analyze, and respond quickly to production issues or delays.
* Communication Skills.
* Strong planning skills to manage shift activities and meet production targets.
* Proficiency in both French and English is required.

Challenge check:

* Organize all operator team activities and ensure the execution of production.
* Maintain order and enforce discipline within the production area.
* Organize production teams to carry out assigned tasks.
* Ensure production compliance and drive continuous improvement of the 5S system.
* Has thorough knowledge of all manufacturing procedures and quality documents specific to each production area.
* Management of performance indicators (KPIs).
