Senior Financial Officer – Bilingual (EN/FR)

About the Role

We are currently looking for two experienced Senior Financial Officers to join our finance team in Rabat. The ideal candidates will bring a solid background in financial control, cost accounting, and margin monitoring, with proven expertise in advanced ERP systems such as SAP and Excel. A strong command of English and French is required.

Main Responsibilities

* Perform cost control and budget monitoring across business units
* Analyze and report on profit margins, financial performance, and KPIs
* Ensure accurate cost accounting and analytical reporting
* Manage and optimize accounts receivable and collections processes
* Participate in monthly closings and financial consolidation
* Operate within SAP and other ERP platforms with high proficiency
* Create advanced financial models and dashboards in Excel

Required Profile

* Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management or controlling
* Solid background in cost accounting, financial analysis, and collection
* Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
* Proficient in ERP systems (SAP is a must) and advanced Excel
* Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
