For our entity in Casablanca - Morocco, we are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Vegetable Seeds team.
The position will be based in Agadir.

This position is directly reporting to the country Sales Manager Maghreb and west Africa.
Functional / Operational tasks:
* Accountable for the sales achievement of his crops in Morocco directly or indirectly through daily contact with distributors, dealers, nurseries, and growers.
* Develop and monitor customer key accounts.
* Visiting customers and potential customers to evaluate needs and convert into sales opportunities.
* Main aim is achieving APV market leadership, by maximizing sales volumes in all growing areas of his crops.
* Be a member of different crop teams in EMEA and actively participate and help in achieving EMEA sales targets
* Collecting data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
* Contribute to APV market leadership strategy, implementing and follow up of action plans targeting customers to enhance APV market share and boosting loyalty.
* Day to day (experimental and sales) activities & Build up a robust sales network and customer data base to APV that secure the strategic growth objectives.
* The support of sales in Morocco through his capabilities to promote APV varieties directly or through distributor’s teams and retailers.
* Customer relationship and coordinate the implementation and follow up of the local marketing activities through building, maintaining, and enhancing strong relationship with all stakeholders in the seeds value chain.
* Involve in Customer teams coaching and technical trainings
* Conducting different levels of trialing in main growing and potential areas.
* Concluding the experimental results at customer level and convert it to sales that will positively impact on our market share through.
* The support of sales in Morocco through his capabilities to promote APV varieties directly or through distributor’s teams and retailers.

Education:
* Agricultural engineering
Working Experience:
* Breadth/depth of experience required (minimum 5years’ experience)
* Experience working with similar systems in a similar business environment (especially Tomato & Pepper)
Industry and/or Country specific requirements:
* Agadir / Morocco
* Seed industry (Tomato & Pepper )
Technical & Professional Knowledge:
* Knowledge of vegetable seeds market
* Ability to communicate and influence
* Team worker
* Able to work in a matrix organization
IT skills:
* Microsoft skills
Language skills (level):
* Arabic : fluent
* French: fluent
