Your Missions:

* Creation of a Digital QMS Assistant for Accessing Standards and Sharing Best Practices across MEA
* Objective:

To develop a digital QMS assistant (chatbot) linked to an interactive Quality Booklet, making it easier for teams to access procedures, standards, and best practices.

* Expected outcomes:

Centralized and structured QMS content

Chatbot prototype (Power Automate or web-based)

Interactive Quality Booklet MEA

Improved accessibility and engagement with QMS materials

Profile We’re Looking For:

* Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Quality management or related field
* Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949)
* Interest in digital tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint)
* Basic web or chatbot development skills
* Good communication and organization abilities
