Responsibilities: Develop and implement engineering solutions utilizing 3D VIA technology. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure project requirements are met. Conduct thorough analysis and testing of engineering designs and prototypes. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and team members. Document engineering processes and maintain accurate records of project developments. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in 3D VIA technology. Participate in project planning and resource allocation to meet deadlines. Mandatory Skills: Strong knowledge and experience in 3D VIA technology. Proficiency in engineering design software and tools. Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Preferred Skills: Experience with CAD software and modeling tools. Familiarity with project management methodologies. Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes related to 3D VIA. Experience in conducting engineering research and development.
