Order Management Specialists - 12 months assignment - Casablanca

On behalf of a client operating in the technology solutions sector, we are looking for 6 Order Management Specialists for a one-year assignment "with potential extension based on performance and workload"

✔️ As an Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end order management and processing of products, services and solutions received via sales staff and direct customers to ensure a level of quality and productivity in processing, while leading team goals through work coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

* Manage orders while ensuring a high level of quality and productivity in processing
* Lead the team's objectives through coordination of work
* Adhere to agreed SLAs and KPIs
* Collaborate with Sales and other departments to resolve issues and remove holds

Required Qualifications & Experience :

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Experience: 12 months of professional experience
* Languages: Strong English & French

Skills & Competencies :

* Detail Orientation & Accuracy: High “first‑time‑right” data entry .
* Analytical & Problem‑Solving: Able to diagnose order blocks, and corrective actions quickly.
* Customer Focus & Communication: Clear, timely communication with internal/external stakeholders.
* Collaboration: Works well with Sales & other internal departments .
* Time Management: Can manage high‑volume order queues and competing deadlines.
