Your Role

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in Aptiv. You’ll be responsible of ensuring project management fairly with the engineering changes and the annual changes model, while guaranteeing project performance.

* Ensure the right connection between engineering changes and continuous improvement.
* Ensure KMS directives: Break kit, WPO, SOS improvement…
* Prepare and update all documentation related to the activity (Kitting Matrix, kit assembly sequence…)
* Ensure compliance with EOS procedures
* Promote and participate in KMS activities.
* Ensure the smooth running of certification audits.
* Ensure reliable data preparation.
* Ensure the smooth running of certification audits and customer audits.
* Ensure weekly update of reports
* Ensure compliance with procedures.
* Ensure good management of auxiliaries (control of overtime, etc.).
* Ensure a good connection with engineering systems

Your Background

* Master's degree / Engineering Diploma in industrial engineering, electromechanics, mechatronics, mechanics, freshly graduated or with one year experience in the automotive industry or similar position.
* Good problem solving, adaptation and teamwork skills,
* Ability to work under stress and manage various projects.
* Fluent French and English Speaker
