PixelLab, our training branch, delivers market-oriented programs in cinema, digital production, 3D, and modern media.

The CEO will not direct PixelLab but will oversee its strategic alignment and reporting within GMCF.

We are building a strong team of young, driven, and highly skilled professionals who need structured leadership, operational discipline, and a unifying executive presence.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced CEO / Managing Director to manage daily operations, build internal systems, and lead the entire GMCF workforce.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in audiovisual production, team management, HR operations, and administrative leadership.

Your Core Mission

• Lead and structure a multidisciplinary team (audiovisual experts, teachers, creatives, administrators)

• Supervise daily operations across all GMCF departments

• Oversee reporting from PixelLab to GMCF

• Establish internal procedures, workflows, and performance systems

• Ensure discipline, planning, and operational consistency

• Coordinate logistics, HR processes, and contract management

• Monitor budgets and expenses with the CFO

• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports

• Represent GMCF in meetings, events, and official interactions when the Founder is unavailable

• Ensure stability, continuity, and a high standard of professionalism in all operations

This role is central to the company’s success.

You will work directly with the Founder, who manages vision, strategy, partnerships, and major representation.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 7+ years in management or operations

• Strong experience in audiovisual production, media, or creative industries

• Experience in one or more of the following roles:

• General Manager / Managing Director

• Audiovisual Production Manager

• Operations Director

• School/Training Center Director

• Project Director

• HR Manager with operational responsibilities

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams

Skills

• Operational leadership and team supervision

• Strong HR and administrative knowledge

• Experience with audiovisual workflows (shooting, production, post-production, studio operations, etc.)

• Solid understanding of Moroccan labor procedures and contract management

• Ability to build internal systems and enforce discipline

• Strong communication and decision-making skills

• Reporting, planning, and time-management mastery

• Comfortable with deadlines and high-pressure environments

• Arabic and French required; English is a bonus
